Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is something wrong with the item you received (e.g. a missing or defective part, having trouble with assembly, etc.), please email Boot Butlers friendly product support at support@bootbutler.com as soon as you discover the issue and we’ll be sure to make it right.

Customer may return items that are in new saleable condition, with the original packaging undamaged, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Thereafter, all sales are final. (NOTE: Our products are intentionally packaged so that as long as you take a bit of care not to damage the box when you unpack them, they can be easily repacked for return in like new condition.)

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved as saleable, your return will be processed within 15 days. Please note that depending on the circumstances, returns may be subject to original shipping, return shipping and restocking fees being withheld from your total refund. If for some reason your returned item is not approved as saleable, we will notify you accordingly. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; however, return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the returned item(s) are received in like new, saleable condition with the original packaging in tact.
