Returns and Replacements

Product Issues

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If there is something wrong with the item you received (e.g. a missing or defective part, having trouble with assembly, etc.), please email Boot Butlers friendly product support HERE as soon as you discover the issue and we'll be sure to make it right. 

Return Policy

Customer may return items that are in new salable condition, with the original packaging undamaged, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Thereafter, all sales are final. (NOTE: Our products are intentionally packaged so that as long as you take a bit of care not to damage the box when you unpack them, they can be easily repacked for return in like new condition.)

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved as salable, your return will be processed within 15 days. If for some reason your returned item is not approved as salable, we will notify you accordingly.

The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the returned item(s) are received in like new, salable condition with the original packaging in tact.

Instructions on how to return items:

  1. Contact us HERE with a brief explination of the reason for your return (we may respond with a couple questions as we are always trying to improve the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers ...)
  2. We will respond within one business day with instructions. (Please note that we are located in the United States, in the Eastern Time Zone; i.e. New York City time.)
  3. You ship the package to our fulfillment center being sure to include the return slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
  4. Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse, they will inspect the item to ensure that it is in like new/saleable condition, or otherwise.
  5. We will then follow up to let you know the condition of the item(s) that were returned, and the amount of the refund. At this time we will issue the refund. Please note that refunds may take as long as 1-2 weeks from the date they are issued to post to your account depending on your bank's processing time.

You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
