How it Works
Lay Out Your Parts
Depending on the Boot Butler kit you purchased you will have some combination of the above pictured parts. Start by laying them out so that everything is close at hand. Here you can see the hanger parts including the metal hook, left and right feet and the leg part as well as the ladder part.
Insert Hook Into Legs
Insert the small end of the Hook into the depression in the center of the Legs.
Snap Into Place
Rotate the Hook forward and up between the Legs until it snaps into place.
Attach Feet to Legs
Snap the feet into the ends of the Leg part like this.
Fully Assembled Hanger
The assembled Hangers should look like this.
Connect Your Boot Butlers!
The Ladders allow you to couple the hangers vertically below one another. The top Ladder hangs from a closet rod or other support with the second Ladder hanging from the bottom of the top Ladder as shown. Hang all of the Ladders in one column if you have enough height or hang them separately in whatever manner works best in your closet.
Hanging Your Boots Facing in Towards the Wall
Insert the Legs of the hangers into your boots and hang the hanger with the boots straddling the Ladder.
Hanging Boot Butler with Boots Facing the Wall
This is a fully assembled 5-pair hanging Boot Butler with the boots facing in towards the wall.
Alternatively, Use it with the Boots Facing Out [RECOMMENDED]
With the boots facing out you can simply slide the boots on/off the legs of the hangers (no need to remove the hangers). This is how we like to use it. ;-)
