As the year comes to an end, it’s a great time to look back—and also a fantastic time to look forward.
We’re tremendously excited by how the Boot Butler is in more and more closets, taking care of more and more boots. And we’re also so thrilled at how many satisfied customers we have. We love hearing from you; love hearing about how the Boot Butler has revolutionized your closets and made home organization so much easier.
We were recently chatting with a fellow entrepreneur J.D. Schulman, whose invention — UnderPucks—has a similar mission: fostering harmony at home. Getting a good night’s sleep is such a beautiful thing; it makes a world of a difference for your next day. The gentleman who invented it was telling us about how grateful his customers are, and our conversation really hit home, because it’s very important to us that our product makes a positive impact on people’s lives as well.
When we first invented the Boot Butler, we were excited because we felt that we’d come up with a great idea that would hopefully be well-received. Since then, the enthusiasm for the product has been so generous! We hear over and over again that our product “makes so much sense” and we love hearing it every time. (By the way, if you’re curious about how the Boot Butler came to be and want to see some early experimental versions, head over to Chatting With Andrew Elstein, Boot Butler Owner/Inventor.)
An organization has a huge impact on people’s lives and well-being. It’s simple: If our homes and closets are organized, our lives are better and easier. Seeing our product contribute to a better home organization—and thus better lives—is very rewarding. Let’s take a look at some of our favorite 2016 reviews that customers have written on Amazon. If you’re one of these customers:
We can’t say THANK YOU enough.
Since our product is relatively new and very unique, customer reviews are extremely important. Thank you so much for taking the time to write in and tell us about your experience with our product—and also to send in so many wonderful photos of your boots!
Here’s one of the most recent reviews. We love, love, love it! And we especially love that the customer and their grandmother “were both in awe of how cool this invention is.” We also want to make sure that you’re all aware of this handy dandy video we put together so that you can easily assemble your Boot Butler.
Let’s take a peek at a few more reviews:
Here’s a fantastic photo of our Boot Butler in action. Those are some amazing boots, Ms. Stumpf, and the rest of your shoe collection looks pretty impressive as well.
We’re seriously blushing at being called “the most amazing thing ever” and it’s clear that this product has made a huge impact on the closet of the reviewer. And who among us hasn’t been frustrated by searching for one or both pairs of boots when they’re hidden somewhere in the back of a closet? We definitely have, and it’s such a relief to not have to do that anymore.
Photos of customers’ boots on our Boot Butler always make us happy. We also like the organizational system beneath the boots: a set of baskets for shoes and bags.
It’s very true: We take a lot of pride in our customer service. We contact our customers regularly to make sure that the Boot Butler is meeting their expectations, and if there’s any additional information we can provide or anything that they need.
This is such a huge reason why we thought the Boot Butler would be such an important product for people’s closets: Eliminating clutter. Because boots are often so large and unwieldy, they present a huge storage challenge. You either need to store them in the boxes they came in, or place them against a wall hoping that they don’t topple over. Getting them onto the Boot Butler saves you a ton of space that you can use to organize other items in your closet.
And one more review, also with a photo. Notice how the customer has customized our product into a more horizontal configuration. The customer has installed a low closet rod underneath a shelf, and the boots fit neatly spread out across two Boot Butlers. You can also do the same with a closet extender.
P.S. We NEVER judge anyone who has a lot of boots, we promise!
Thank you again to all of you who take time out of your busy days and lives to write about the Boot Butler. Wishing you all a wonderful 2016 holiday season, and the happiest of new years.
We look forward to hearing from many more of you in 2017!
